Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing Fly Above All Airsports for your paragliding equipment and training needs! We are committed to providing high-quality products and services. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.
I. Equipment Sales (Paragliders, Harnesses, Helmets, Instruments, etc.)
A. New Equipment:

30-Day Return Window: You may return most new, unused, and unopened equipment in its original packaging within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange.

Condition of Return:

Items must be in pristine, resalable condition. This includes all original tags, manuals, accessories, and packaging.

Any signs of use, wear, damage, or missing components will result in a denial of the return or a restocking fee (see below).

For safety reasons, paragliders and harnesses that have been unpacked, unfolded, or show any signs of being hooked up or flown cannot be returned once taken out of their original sealed packaging unless there is a verifiable manufacturing defect.

Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 15% may apply to returns of new equipment that are not in their original sealed packaging but are still deemed resalable. This fee covers inspection, repacking, and administrative costs.

Proof of Purchase: All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within [e.g., 7-10 business days] of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
B. Used/Consignment Equipment:

All sales of used or consignment equipment are final.

We encourage customers to thoroughly inspect used equipment before purchase. We do our best to accurately represent the condition of used items.
C. Defective Equipment:

If you receive equipment that is defective from the manufacturer, please contact us immediately within 7 days of receipt.

We will assist you in following the manufacturer's warranty claim procedure. This may involve returning the item to us or directly to the manufacturer for repair, replacement, or refund.

Our shop is not responsible for manufacturer warranty decisions or timelines.
D. Non-Returnable Items:
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items are generally non-returnable:

Items that have been flown, worn, or used in any capacity.

Custom-ordered or personalized items.
-
Gift cards.
-
Instructional materials (books, DVDs, downloadable content) once opened or accessed.

Used or consignment equipment.
II. Paragliding School Services (Courses, Tandem Flights, Coaching)
A. Course and Tandem Flight Bookings:

Cancellation by Student/Client:

More than 24 hours prior to the start date: Full refund or reschedule.

Less than 24 hours prior to the start date: No refund. Rescheduling may be possible at our discretion.

No-Shows: No refund will be issued for no-shows.

Cancellation:

In the event we must cancel a course, tandem flight, or coaching session due to weather conditions, safety concerns, instructor availability, or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional charge.

We will make every effort to notify you as soon as possible if a cancellation is necessary.

B. Course Progression and Completion:

Partial Course Completion: No refunds will be issued for partially completed courses or for students who choose to discontinue a course for personal reasons.

Gift Certificates for Services: Gift certificates for courses or tandem flights are non-refundable but are transferable.
III. Shipping Costs:

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error was made by Fly Above All Airsports.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
